1. Vriendschap:
Door de ondertekening van dit verdrag verklaren het Graafschap Holland en het Koninkrijk Hongarije hierbij een verbond van vriendschap en de wil om samen te werken met de beste intenties voor beide landen.
Het Graafschap Holland erkent het Koninkrijk Hongarije als onafhankelijk, autonoom en soeverein. Het Koninkrijk Hongarije erkent het Graafschap Holland als onafhankelijk, autonoom en soeverein deel van het Sacrum Romanorum Imperium Nationis Germanicć (SRING).
Hongarije en Holland stemmen in om de rechtmatig verkozen raden van elkaar te erkennen. Ze zullen onrechtmatige raden, die de macht kregen door bestorming en niet door het democratische verkiezingssysteem, niet erkennen. Een uitzondering is mogelijk, wanneer de raad beslist een stap opzij te zetten en zijn macht overgeeft aan een ander raad, door middel van een erkende bestorming.
2. Diplomatie:
De Ambassade van het Graafschap Holland in Hongarije, wordt beschouwd als soeverein grondgebied van het Graafschap Holland. De Ambassade van het Koninkrijk Hongarije in Holland, wordt beschouwd als soeverein grondgebied van het Koninkrijk Hongarije.
Het Diplomatieke korps van het Graafschap Holland, samengesteld uit de Graaf, de Kanselier en de Ambassadeur, heeft diplomatieke immuniteit op het gehele gebied van het Koninkrijk Hongarije. Eenzijdige annulatie van dit verdrag, in oorlogstijd, kan bezien worden als een vijandelijke daad. Wederzijdse annulatie in oorlogstijd is mogelijk. Dit verdrag kan veranderd worden, met goedkeuring van beide partijen.
Dit verdrag is geschreven in het Engels, het Nederlands en het Hongaars. De drie versies hebben dezelfde waarde en doeltreffendheid.

Baráti és Diplomáciai Szerződés a Magyar Királyság és a Holland Megye között.
1. Barátság:
Ezen szerződés aláírásával a Holland Megye és a Magyar Királyság kijelentenek egy életre szóló barátságot egymás között, illetve a legjobb közös munkára törekednek, melyek mindkét fél érdekei. Ez a barátság alapja, amely remélhetőleg örökké tart és kifejezett szándéka, hogy minden tőlük telhetőt megtesz mindkét fél egyaránt, hogy továbbra is fennmaradjon.
A Magyar Királyság elismeri a Holland Megye függetlenségét és szuverenitását a Szent Német-Római Császárság (SPRING) részeként. A Holland Megye elismeri a Magyar Királyság függetlenségét és szuverenitását a Magyar-Horvát Királyság részeként.
A Magyar Királyság és a Holland Megye megállapodnak abban, hogy elismerik a jogosan megválasztott Kamarák egymást, és nem fogják elismeri a bitorló Kamarákat, amelyek a hatalom elleni lázadással, s nem pedig választási folyamattal jöttek létre. Kivételt képez azon tény, ha a Kamara úgy dönt, hogy lemond, és szankcionált lázadással átadja a hatalmat.
2. Diplomácia:
A Magyar Királyság Nagykövetsége a Holland Megyében a Magyar Királyság szuverén területének minősül. A Holland Megye Nagykövetsége a Magyar Királyságban a Holland Megye szuverén területének minősül.

1. Friendship:
By signing this treaty the County of Holland and the Kingdom of Hungary hereby declare a bond of friendship between each other and seek to work together in the best interest of both. It is the foundation for a friendship that will hopefully last forever and express the intention to do their best to continue it.
The Kingdom of Hungary recognizes the County of Holland's independence and sovereignty, as part of Sacrum Romanorum Imperium Nationis Germanicć (SRING). The County of Holland recognizes the Kingdom of Hungary's independence and sovereignty, as part of Hungarian-Croatian Kingdom.

The diplomatic representative is considered inviolable. An attack against him or a failure to properly protected by the host county is a serious offence to the other.
If either party wishes to withdraw from this treaty, they may do so by an official statement from the Council, in a time of peace. Unilateral cancellation of the treaty, in time of war, can be viewed as a hostile act. The treaty can be cancelled by mutual consent in times of war. This treaty may be changed by mutual consent of both parties.
This treaty is written in Hungarian, Dutch and English. The three versions contain the same values and conventions.
