C) Voor diplomatieke immuniteit moet iemand een herkenbaar privilege subjectieve juridische situatie hebben en garant staan voor sommige onderwerpen in overweging van hun positie en institutionele functie. De effecten van de immuniteiten zijn terug te zien in het feit deze persoon niet berecht kan worden voor al zijn misdaden behalve de vijanden op de volgende paragraaf.
D) Voor de misdaden als banditisme, aanval op het stadhuis of op het Kasteel van het Graafschap, zijn de diplomatieke vertegenwoordigers van de beide Graafschappen strafbaar en zij zullen efficiënt volgens de wetten van de gastprovincie worden beoordeeld.

Zij zullen ook de veiligheid van de buitenlandse Diplomaten verzekeren. Het diplomatieke Korps, voordat er enige actie zal worden ondernomen, moet een p.m. van ontvangst hebben ontvangen.
C) In het geval van dreigende noodzaak, kan de Hertog van Milaan het vertrek van de Ambassade van Holland eisen. De ambassadeur heeft dan een week om het grondgebied van Milaan te verlaten. Als een van de twee ondertekenden partijen dit verdrag wil annuleren is het noodzakelijk een geschreven verklaring aan de andere partij af te geven. Het verdrag zal als geannuleerd worden beschouwd een week na de ontvangst van het uitdrukkelijke verzoek.
Dit verdrag is geschreven in drie versies: één in het Engels, één in het nederlands en één in het Italiaans, de drie versies hebben dezelfde waarde en doeltreffendheid.

Articolo primo

a) Il Corpo Diplomatico del Ducato di Milano, composto dal Duca, dal Gran Ciambellano, dal Cancelliere e dall'Ambasciatore Milanese, dispone dell'immunità diplomatica su tutto il territorio definito appartenente alla Contea d'Olanda. Gli effetti delle immunità sono riconducibili alla non processabilità per tutti i reati esclusi quelli previsti dal comma seguente.
d) Per i reati quali il brigantaggio, l’assalto ai municipi o l’assalto al Castello della capitale, i rappresentanti diplomatici di entrambe i contraenti rimangono processabili e saranno giudicati secondo le leggi in vigore nella provincia ospite.
Articolo terzo
a) Il Ducato di Milano autorizza la libera circolazione su tutto il suo territorio da parte del Corpo Diplomatico (ove per corpo Diplomatico si intende Gran Ciambellano e ambasciatori) della Contea d'Olanda . Il Corpo diplomatico prima di compiere ogni azione deve ricevere un pm di avvenuta lettura della comunicazione.

Articolo quarto

Articolo quinto
a)
Se una degli Stati firmatari, desiderasse annullare il presente trattato, deve necessariamente farne dichiarazione scritta all'altra Provincia. Il trattato sarà allora considerato caduco una settimana dopo la ricezione della suddetta comunicazione.
b)
Il presente trattato è scritto in tre versioni, una italiana, una inglese ed una olandese. Le tre versioni hanno lo stesso valore ed efficacia.

TREATY REGARDING THE STATUTE OF THE AMBASSADORS OF MILAN AND OF HOLLAND
Art. 1

c) For diplomatic immunity one intends a recognized privileged subjective juridical situation and guaranteed to some subjects in consideration of their position and institutional function. The effects of the immunities are referable to the fact that this person can’t be judged for all the crimes excluded those foreseen in the following paragraph.
d) For the crimes like as brigandage, assault to the town hall or to the Castle of the capital, the diplomatic representatives of both the contractors are actionable and they will be judged according to the laws effective in the guest province.
Art. 3
a) The Duchy of Milan authorizes the free circulation on all of its territory of the Diplomatic Corps (where for Diplomatic Corps is intended the Gran Chamberlain and the Ambassadors) of Holland County. The County of Holland authorizes the free circulation on all of its territory of the Diplomatic Corps of the Duchy of Milan (where for Diplomatic body is intended the Gran Chamberlain and the Ambassadors).
b) In case of closing of the Frontiers of one of the contracting parts, the Diplomatic Corps will have to give confirmation of his own presence to the Prefect and the Captain of the guest province who will also have to assure the safety of the foreign Diplomats. The Diplomatic Corps before completing every action has to receive a pm of reading of the communication.
c) In case of imminent necessity, the Duke of Milan can demand the departure from the Embassy of Holland. The ambassador has therefore a week to leave the territory of Milan. Art. 4

b) The person of the diplomatic representative, recognized as such from the nomination of the Gran Chamberlain or of the Duke himself, is considered inviolable. An attack against him/her or thre missed suitable protection from the guest province constitutes a serious offense to the counterpart.
Art. 5
a) If one of signatory States wishes to annul the present Treaty, it necessarily has to make written declaration of it to the other province. The Treaty will be then considered ended a week after the receipt of the aforesaid communication.
b) Present Treaty is written in three versions, one in Italian, one in Dutch and one in English. The three versions have got the same value and effect.
